Who this applies to

This policy binds Creative Clout employees, contractors, and any third party acting on our behalf. We do not operate an affiliate program, and we do not authorize resellers, lead vendors, or outside marketers to promote our services by email, SMS, or any other electronic channel.

How we contact people

We send commercial email only to recipients who have given explicit consent, or who have directly contacted us about our services. Outside of that, we reach prospective clients through paid advertising, referral, and inbound inquiries from this website.

What we do not do

• We do not purchase, rent, or harvest email lists.
• We do not send commercial email to addresses obtained from third-party data providers.
• We do not use false or misleading sender names, subject lines, or header information.
• We do not send commercial email from domains or infrastructure intended to obscure our identity.

Opting out

Every commercial message we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently, and we do not require a reason. You can also opt out at any time by writing to the address below.

Reporting a violation

If you receive an unsolicited message advertising creative-clout.com, report it to matt@creativeclout.co and include the full message headers where possible. We investigate every report and take corrective action, including terminating any relationship with a party found to be in violation of this policy.

Effective date and scope

This policy states Creative Clout's current standards and is effective as of the date below. It describes how we operate now and going forward. Where past practice differed, it has been discontinued.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy by an employee or contractor is grounds for termination. Violation by a third party is grounds for immediate termination of the engagement and, where warranted, referral to the relevant authorities.
