Tix4Cause
Tix4Cause is a ticketing platform where every purchase benefits a charitable cause at no extra cost to the buyer. They serve both direct-to-consumer ticket sales and a B2B channel of event organizers and cause partners who need to manage inventory and track donation dollars. We designed the platform UI itself, and then created a sizzle video focused on the back-end dashboard, bringing the admin experience we built to life through motion so organizers and partners could see the power of the platform before ever logging in.

The Goal:
Create a sizzle video that showcases the Tix4Cause admin dashboard and analytics experience through motion, giving event organizers and cause partners a feel for the platform's power and polish without needing a live walkthrough or demo call.
The Challenge:
Tix4Cause had a strong consumer story, but the B2B side needed its own moment. Event organizers and cause partners wanted to know how the platform actually works behind the scenes: how they manage tickets, track donations, and view analytics. Static product screenshots were not enough to sell that experience to a partner audience evaluating multiple platforms.
The Result:
A sharp, short visual showcase of the Tix4Cause back-end that makes the admin experience feel as compelling as the consumer-facing mission. The team now has a dedicated B2B asset that speaks directly to organizers and partners evaluating the platform.
01
What We Focused On
Why the B2B audience needed to see the back-end experience, not just the consumer-facing brand
Which dashboard moments, analytics views, and admin features carry the most visual weight in 15sec
How to communicate platform depth and trust through motion alone
02
What We Delivered
Animated the Admin Dashboard and Analytics Suite Into a Visual Product Showcase
Designed Transitions That Highlight Donation Tracking and Event Management Features
Built a B2B-Focused Asset Tailored for Partner Pitches and Organizer Outreach
Captured the Platform's Depth Without Relying on Voiceover or Heavy Explanation
The Outcome
The consumer side of Tix4Cause already had a compelling narrative. This video gave the B2B side the same treatment. Event organizers and cause partners now got a quick glimpse pf what it actually looks like to manage tickets, track charitable dollars, and run analytics on the platform, all in a format that takes seconds instead of a scheduled demo. It turned a back-end tool into something the sales team can lead with.
