The Goal:
The objective was to demonstrate the breadth of Sira's capabilities across multiple HR functions. We aimed to show business owners that AI can handle high-touch tasks like finding shift replacements and interpreting labor laws. The video acts as a comprehensive introduction to the platform's efficiency.
The Challenge:
Managing hourly teams involves many moving parts like geofencing and shift swaps that are difficult to visualize. We needed to show these technical features without losing the viewer in a complex UI. The challenge was to balance the "AI" personality of Sira with the practical needs of a business owner.
The Result:
The final edit uses a combination of kinetic typography and floating 3D UI elements to maintain a high-energy pace. We successfully integrated a secondary AI voice to simulate the product's natural language processing. The outcome is a clear demonstration of how Sira converts operational chaos into a streamlined workflow.
